Kapiva "Men's Vegan Plant Protein" Based in Chocolate Flavour.

Hello Guys, welcome to our channel "Product Guru"

01)  Hey guys, today we are going to do a protein review, for vegan people Majority of the vegan people ask, that they've very fewer sources of protein. Many of you might be wondering who are vegan?
02)  In India, most of the people knew about vegetarian and non-vegetarian people only. But between these two we have another category which we call vegan.
03) Vegan are the people, who do not consume products that come from animal. because of the torture that the animal face. They strictly don't eat non-veg, also unlike vegetarians who eat cheese, tofu, milk.they even don't eat that. They don't use any dairy product because according to their mentality, they feel that animals are being tortured while milking. So, first of all, I like to salute those people who have this kind of mentality.
04)  I'm a non-vegetarian and it becomes difficult for me to eat vegetarian during fast, and you guys don't consume even dairy products.so hats off to you. I can at least try for one month, to see how it feel to become vegan.
5)  You people can also try, because I've heard from many people who switched from non-veg, vegetarian to vegan, that it gives you great satisfaction because no animal is hurt for the food you eat.So now the question arises is, from where we will get protein if we don't eat eggs, milk, cheese, chicken?

6)  So you have heard the name Kapiva before, on plant-based protein, on Gummies, aloe Vera, So they have taken a very good step regarding vegan peoples in mind. They have made a protein which is for vegan people.
07)  Now the question is who can eat this protein or why do we need protein?. Half of the people think that they don't need protein as they don't go to the gym. These are the macros which are essential for our body, protein, fats and carbs. We get carbs from the chapati and the rice we eat and we get fat from ghee, vegetables or nut. But the main problem is with protein, from where we will get it?
08)  Many people lack in protein intake even if you'd don't go to the gym, then also the protein requirement for your body is 100%. So now the question is from where we'll complete the protein intake? and it is even harder for vegan people. and if you are lacking in protein intake then you might have a problem in your body. You need to eat protein according to your weight in grams. If you go to the gym and do hardcore training, then you need protein three times your body weight in grams. That is, if you are 50 kg then you need to eat 150 g of protein. and if you don't do anything, then also it will require protein for breathing, walking, climbing stairs, as your body is burning calories. So, your body weight x 2 or at least you need protein in grams according to your weight.

09)  So Kapiva naturals made this protein for vegan people, by keeping in mind, that anyone can eat it as it is 100% natural.
10)  Our parents can eat. My mother eats it. You might know that I take good care of my father and mother in supplementation. My parents take vitamin C, green tea. I've told numerous times that my parents are vegetarians, and even egg is not allowed in our house. So my mother and father both eat this. So your mother and father, sister and brother all can eat. Even small kids can eat and older people can also eat.

11)  Let me show you, what are the things that they have poured inside it. So you must be seeing the photo of Kapiva plant-based nutrition. vegan protein, post-workout recovery. If you do the gym, then you can take it as postworkout. Otherwise, you can take it twice a day, any time, if you don't go to the gym.
12)  Here you can see 25 g plant protein. Because our whey proteins are made of milk. They have given 24-25 g protein without using milk, they've got plant protein in it. You get to 4.97 g BCAA in it. You get 4.5 gram glutamic acid and you get 26 g vitamins and minerals.
13)  Let me show you its nutritional fact, it got energy 406. It has got 26 g protein per serving. You're getting 1.6 g carbs, fibre 1.6 g, and also you're getting so many vitamins and minerals with it. It is made up of pea protein, that is from Pea, second is our rice protein and thirdly our cocoa. Cocoa has been mixed for taste. You might be seeing the amino acid profile.
14)  You might be seeing 'How to use Kapiva vegan protein?' Take 35 g of scoop, and mix it with 300 ML of water and shake it well and drink. I always use transparent shaker, the mixability should be properly. We are adding one scoop of protein. Make sure to take at least two scoops daily. Because you're getting 25-26 grams from one scoop, so you might need to add another scoop. See how easily it mixed, though I haven't checked it properly. Its taste is also very good. It's taste exactly like whey protein but you can't compare it with that, because whey protein is made from milk.

15) Secondly,      you can take Kapiva's plant-based protein which is 100% natural and 100% chemical free.

Hello Guys, welcome to our channel "Product Guru"

1) I’m surprised multiple smartphones have launched, under 20K with 5G in India within 3-4 months.
2) Don't forget to subscribe to our channel, so you won't miss any of our latest update.
3) If you use your smartphone, for at least 3-4 years, then only we would suggest you to go ahead and watch this video.
4) We've taken 5G connectivity as our top priority in this video instead of performance for this video.
5) Base benchmarks - the processor should be good enough with a minimum of 6GB RAM & 128 GB storage, fast charging & multiple camera setup.
6) I was expecting realme & Xiaomi to lead this segment, but realme has brought multiple smartphones but Xiaomi has not brought any 5G smartphone in this segment.
7) On 5th place its realme 8, 5G. It comes with 6.5’’ FHD+ IPS LCD 90 Hz display, 5000 mAh battery, Dimensity 700 5G, 8GB RAM 128 GB Storage, 48MP Triple Camera.
8) It's priced at 16,999 Rs which I think is quite good. If your budget is tight then its base variant 4GB + 128 GB priced at 14,999 Rs could be your option.

9) OPPO surprised me with A74 5G. This is priced at 18K and it comes with Snapdragon 480 5G. The naming of SD 480G makes it look underpowered..
10) It comes with SD 480 5G is on par with SD 7 Series SoC & much better than Dimensity 700. Its specs are very similar to realme 8 5G but because of SD 480 5G it comes at number 4 on our list.

11) On 3rd place its Samsung Galaxy M42 5G. It's priced around 20K including offers. The main downside here is its having a HD+ display but comes with 6.6’’ sAMOLED screen & SD 750G SoC.
12) Generally SD 750G smartphones cost around 25K but this one is under 20K. It gets a 5000 mAh battery with 15W charging & 6GB+128GB storage which starts under 20K.                                                                                                                                                      13) Overall because of SD 750G 5G & all Samsung features, if you want a Samsung 5G smartphone and your budget is 20K, then definitely you should look at Samsung Galaxy M42 5G.

14) On 2nd place its realme Narzo 30 Pro. It comes with Dimensity 800U. The gaming performance & multi tasking is really good. It's also a very efficient SoC as it's based on a 7nm processor
15) Why is it on 2 number in our list? Because it has a Dimensity 800U, priced under 20K, comes with 8GB+128GB storage, 6.5’’ 120 Hz LCD screen with 30W fast charging.

16) On 1st place its realme X7 5G. There are so many things to like about realme X7 5G, one thing that isn't good is the branding of Dare To Leap on the back panel.
17) It has a 6.4’’ 60 Hz AMOLED screen with in display fingerprint scanner. Battery capacity is 4310 mAh with 50W fast charging with 6GB+128GB storage & is priced under 20K.

18) If you look at 5G connectivity, performance, fast charging, display, battery etc. it's an all round phone and that's the reason why it ranks on number 1 in our list.
19) I just hoped that Dare To Leap branding wouldn't exist but it feels really good in hand. The realme X7 has a 64MP camera which is also really good and that's why it's on number 1.
